All of our t-shirts are 100% cotton, bio-washed, and made from durable 180 GSM fabric—superior to the standard 160 GSM offered by many other brands. Our prints are made to last, ensuring that they will remain vibrant for the life of the t-shirt.
Before making a purchase, we highly encourage you to check the size chart to avoid any sizing discrepancies, as we operate on a print-on-demand model.

Eligibility for Returns:
1. We accept returns for eligible products within a specified return period, typically within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and any included accessories or documentation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 3 hours of placing it. Simply send an email to connect@craftwebstudio.com or message us via WhatsApp at +91 7721804979 with your cancellation request. Refunds will be processed via Google Pay within 7 working days.
Please Note:
- If the order has already been processed or delivered, cancellations are no longer possible.
- We do not accept returns for non-defective products.
Exchange for Damaged Products:
If your product is damaged, you are eligible for an exchange. However, a product unboxing video is required as proof of the damage.
No exchanges will be granted without this video proof.
